产品简介：

混凝土碳化试验箱是进行混凝土碳化试验的专用设备，产品符合GB/T50082-2024《普通混凝土长期性能和耐久性试验方法标准》中对碳化试验设备的要求。本机采用原装进口的二氧化碳分析仪：本分析仪采用红外探测原理，结合国内的智能触摸屏仪表，具有使用精度高、寿命长、操作简单的特点：温湿度传感器是采用国内的集成感应模块加智能仪表组成。本产品具有控制精度高，操作简单，箱内温、湿、浓度直观数显和定时记录的特点。

工作原理：

混凝土碳化试验箱为一个密封的箱体，试件放置在箱体内隔板上，然后通过数字式控制仪表按设定的温度、相对湿度、二氧化碳浓度进行控制，以保证箱内恒温、恒湿、二氧化碳浓度恒定。 TH-B混凝土碳化试验箱(1).png

主要构造：

碳化试验箱主要由箱体、温湿度及二氧化碳浓度控制系统组成。箱体的外箱板采用冷轧钢板，内胆采用优质不锈钢板，隔板采用不锈钢型材制成，具有良好的保湿性、密封性、耐腐蚀性。

Concrete Carbonation Test Chamber

I. Product Introduction

The Concrete Carbonation Test Chamber is a specialized device for conducting concrete carbonation tests. It complies with the requirements for carbonation test equipment specified in GB/T 50082-2024 Standard Test Methods for Long-term Perｆormance and Durability of Normal Concrete. This chamber is equipped with an original imported CO₂ analyzer, which adopts an infrared detection principle combined with a domestically advanced intelligent touchscreen instrument, featuring high accuracy, long service life, and simple operation. The temperature and humidity sensors are composed of a domestically advanced integrated sensing module paired with an intelligent instrument. This product is characterized by high control precision, user-friendly operation, and direct digital display of temperature, humidity, and CO₂ concentration inside the chamber, as well as timed recording functionality.

II. Working Principle

The concrete carbonation test chamber is a sealed enclosure where test specimens are placed on internal shelves. Digital control instruments regulate the temperature, relative humidity, and CO₂ concentration according to preset parameters, ensuring constant temperature, humidity, and CO₂ concentration within the chamber.

III. Main Structure

The carbonation test chamber primarily consists of the main chamber body and the temperature-humidity-CO₂ concentration control system. The outer casing plate is made of cold-rolled steel, the inner liner is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, and the shelves are fabricated from stainless steel profiles, ensuring excellent moisture retention, sealing perｆormance, and corrosion resistance.
