电液伺服压力试验机能按照相应国家标准进行加荷速率设置并满足标准加荷速率控制指标对水泥、混凝土等材料进行额定试验力下的抗压、抗折试验，具有负荷、时间及试验曲线动态显示及及时控制功能和最大试验力保持功能。

DYE-300B Electro-hydraulic Servo Constant Stress Pressure Testing Machine

This machine is a high-precision material testing device driven by a hydraulic power source, incorporating electro-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data acquisition, and processing. It enables closed-loop control and automatic detection. Composed of four key components—the testing mainframe, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system, and testing tools—it delivers a maximum test force of 300 kN and features an accuracy class superior to Class 1.

Functional Features

The electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine can set loading rates in accordance with relevant national standards and meet standard loading rate control requirements for compressive and flexural tests on materials such as cement and concrete. It supports dynamic display and real-time control of load, time, and test curves, as well as maximum test force holding.

Adopting an integrated mainframe and oil source structure, it is suitable for compression tests of cement and concrete. When paired with appropriate fixtures and measurement devices, it can also perform splitting tensile tests, flexural tests, and static elastic modulus tests on concrete.

The DYE-300B Constant Stress Pressure Testing Machine also conforms to the international standard ISO 679. It features an adjustable loading rate of 0.3–10 kN/s, with automatic calculation of test results based on different speeds. Standard speeds are 2.4 kN/s or 5.0 kN/s. It supports independent calculation and storage functions via both a single-chip microcomputer and a microcomputer display. Even without a computer, the single-chip microcomputer ensures normal operation, significantly reducing failure rates.

Equipped with imported proportional valves, it ensures high stability and smooth loading rates. Without manual oil supply/return valves, it truly operates as a fully automatic constant-stress pressure machine. The Windows-based operation software is user-friendly, with a learning curve of just 10 minutes. Free software upgrades are available, allowing users to download the latest version online at any time.
