2、结构特点：

⑴ 整机由：控制系统、振动台(含橡胶悬挂、振动马达、基座等)和流动装置(含试样筒、导流槽等)组成；

⑵ 振动台：振动台上面固定安装一个流动装置，同时设置一个气泡水准仪；

⑶ 下面悬挂有振动马达。振动台通过4个橡胶悬挂装置与支撑架连接，支撑架底部为100kg±10kg底座。

⑷ 振动马达旋转轴水平安装，与导流槽轴线垂直；

⑸ 金属翻门控制试样从试样筒的溜出。

JTG 3432-2024 New Standard Coarse Aggregate Flow Time Tester

1. Purpose

This tester is designed to measure the time required for a fixed volume of coarse aggregate to fully pass through a fixed-size opening, indirectly evaluating the angularity of the coarse aggregate. It is applicable for determining the angularity of coarse aggregates with a nominal maximum particle size of 9.5–19 mm and complies with the mandatory national industry standard JTG 3432-2024 Test Methods for Aggregates in Highway Engineering.

2. Structural Features

(1) The complete machine consists of: a control system, a vibration table (including rubber suspension, vibration motor, base, etc.), and a flow device (including sample cylinder, guide chute, etc.).

(2) Vibration Table: A flow device is fixedly installed on the vibration table, along with a bubble level gauge.

(3) A vibration motor is suspended below the table. The vibration table is connected to the support frame via 4 rubber suspension devices, with a 100 kg ± 10 kg base at the bottom of the support frame.

(4) The rotating shaft of the vibration motor is horizontally installed and perpendicular to the axis of the guide chute.

(5) A metal flip door controls the sample to slide out from the sample cylinder.
