LWD-5 Asphalt Mixture Marshall Stability Tester

Product Introduction

This instrument is developed and manufactured in accordance with the Test Methods for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering (JT/T 119-93) issued by the Ministry of Communications. It is suitable for standard Marshall stability tests and immersed Marshall stability tests, used for the mix ratio design of asphalt mixtures or quality inspection of asphalt pavement construction. It displays various test data, prints test results, and is intuitive and convenient to use. Equipped with full-digital calibration for pressure and flow value, it eliminates the need for manual potentiometer adjustment; it also features over-voltage protection to prevent damage from excessive voltage.

Main Components

The Marshall Automatic Tester includes a main unit, force measurement device, flow value measurement device, printing device, and related accessories, used for measuring stability and flow value in Marshall tests. Additionally, with minor modifications and additional accessories, the main unit of this tester can be adapted to perform various tests requiring vertical load application.
