三、结构及特点
1、本产品系水槽式，外壳选用优质薄钢板烤漆，内胆采用进口不锈钢板制造，替代了以铜或铝为内胆水箱，内胆与外壳夹层双玻璃绝热，电热管装在夹水中间，加热快，耗电省，抗腐蚀性强，使用寿命大大延长。
2、采用按码数设定加热温度，温度控制精度高。
使用方法

III. Structure and Features

This product adopts a water tank design. The outer shell is made of high-quality thin steel plate with baking paint, while the inner tank is constructed from imported stainless steel plate (replacing traditional copper or aluminum inner tanks). Double glass insulation is installed between the inner and outer shells, and the electric heating tube is embedded between water layers, ensuring fast heating, energy efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, and significantly extended service life.
Temperature is set via digital codes, enabling high-precision temperature control.

IV. Operating Instructions

Before use, fill the tank with water (adjust the volume according to needs to shorten heating time). After connecting the power supply, the red indicator light will illuminate. Set the temperature code to the desired value, and the green light will turn on, initiating heating. Once the set temperature is reached, the red light turns on to stop heating. When the temperature drops below the set value, the green light reactivates to resume heating. The operating temperature remains within the set range, with a temperature error of ±1.5℃.

Notes:

Avoid overfilling with water to prevent overflow during boiling.
Ensure the water level is not below the minimum mark (to prevent the heating tube from being exposed), which could melt the solder and cause leaks.
For enhanced temperature accuracy, a circulation pump can be added upon request.

V. Electrical Safety

This product operates on 220V AC power. When in use, it must be connected to a three-prong socket with a properly grounded wire. The ground wire should generally be securely welded to a water pipe or a 2-meter-long, 25-mm-diameter galvanized steel pipe buried underground. Never connect the ground wire to a gas pipe.
