本仪器主要适用于测定道路石油沥青、改性沥青针入度以及液体石油沥青或乳化沥青蒸发后残留物的针入度，ZRD1000触摸屏智能沥青针入度测定仪（内置低温恒温水浴）上海厂家质优并用公式法自动计算沥青针入度相关值。其标准试验条件如下：

Purpose and Scope of Application

The ZRD1000 Intelligent Penetration Tester is an innovative patented product independently developed with intellectual property rights, designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant provisions of the national standard GB/T 4509-1998/2010 Test Method for Penetration of Petroleum Asphalt and the industry standard JTG E20-2011 Test Methods for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures for Highway Engineering (specifically T0604-2011 Asphalt Penetration Test).

This instrument is primarily used to determine the penetration of road petroleum asphalt, modified asphalt, as well as the penetration of residues from liquid petroleum asphalt or emulsified asphalt after evaporation. The ZRD1000 Touch Screen Intelligent Asphalt Penetration Tester (with built-in low-temperature constant temperature water bath), manufactured by a Shanghai-based manufacturer with excellent quality, automatically calculates relevant penetration values of asphalt using formula-based methods. Its standard test conditions are as follows:

A sample dish containing the asphalt specimen is placed in a constant temperature bath at 25℃±0.1°C. A standard needle assembly with a total mass of 100±0.05g vertically falls without friction and penetrates the asphalt specimen vertically within 5 seconds. The depth of penetration is defined as the asphalt penetration, which reflects the viscosity of the asphalt. A higher penetration value indicates lower viscosity and softer asphalt.

This instrument can also be used to test materials such as solid fine particles, powders, colloids, frozen substances, as well as food ingredients including cheese, sugar gum, beef tallow, margarine, cream, and fermented products. It finds wide application in the food industry, highway engineering, and other industrial sectors.
