控制面板control panel

1、电源开关：此开关是所有控制电路的总开关，供电接好后打开电源正常时，电源指示灯及仪表通电正常显示，打开电源开关后，请打开烤箱门试探箱内是否有风，风机转向是否正确，有风即可，以下操作，无风循环停止操作，检查供电原因，电源指示灯不亮，检查供电故障；Power Switch: This serves as the main control unit for all circuits. After connecting the power supply, turn it on to verify normal operation. The power indicator and instrument should display normally. Upon activation, open the oven door to check for airflow and correct fan rotation direction. If airflow is present, proceed with subsequent operations. If no airflow is detected, stop the operation and inspect the power supply. If the power indicator remains off, investigate potential power supply issues.

2、加温开关：温度设定好后，需要加温时，打开加温开关即可，不需要加温时关闭；加温开关打开后无温度升起，请检查加热器、接触器、固态SSR有无工作；Heating switch: after the temperature is set, when heating is needed, open the heating switch, and close it when not needed; if no temperature rises after opening the heating switch, check whether the heater, contactor and solid state SSR are working;

3、计时开关：控制计时器的功能，如测试时需采用一个时间来停止加热，可使用此计时器来进行控制，若不需要常关闭即可；Timing switch: control the function of the timer. For example, a time is needed to stop heating during testing, and this timer can be used for control. If you do not need to close it often, it can be used;

4、加热灯：在正常加热中，加热指示灯有指示，无加热时，无指示；Heating lamp: in normal heating, the heating indicator light has an indication, no heating, no indication;

5、缺相灯：此灯指示为三相电的相序指示，接好电源后打开电源，此灯亮时表示相序不对，此时任意对换二条火线即可；Phase loss lamp: this lamp indicates the phase sequence of three-phase power. After the power is connected and turned on, if this lamp is lit, it indicates that the phase sequence is wrong. At this time, any two live wires can be exchanged;

6、结束报警：产品烘烤时间结束后报警提示；End alarm: the alarm is prompted after the product baking time ends;

7、超温报警：当控制温度异常时，超过保护设定温度时报警提示，同时停止加热功能；Overtemperature alarm: when the control temperature is abnormal, the alarm will be given when it exceeds the set protection temperature, and the heating function will be stopped;

8、超温保护器：独立

二、设备配置Construction overview

1、内尺寸：500(宽)×500(深)×600(高)mm

2、外尺寸约：770(宽)×720(深)×1370(高)mm,以实物为准；

5、开门方式：单门由右至左开启；

6、通风口孔式：机台左侧排风口、右侧进风口；

的超温保护装置，超温设定的值通常要比主温控的值高，一般设定高出15度，超温时超温报警提示，在使用时根据实际需求设定；Overtemperature protector: an independent overtemperature protection device, the value of overtemperature setting is usually higher than the main temperature control value, generally set 15 degrees higher, overtemperature alarm prompt when overtemperature, according to the actual needs of use;

9、计时器：控制一个时间段进行温度恒定，时间达到后停止加热功能，同时报警提示；Timer: control a period of time to maintain a constant temperature, stop the heating function when the time reaches, and alarm at the same time;

10、温度设定操作如下：Temperature setting is as follows

10.1、温度设定：首先按一下“SET”键,，SV上的参数成为动态时,然后按“ ”移位键,选择个、十、百位数；再使用“△”键与“▽”键来设定 温度；温度值设定好后按SET键确认即可；Temperature setting: First press the "SET" button. When the parameters on the SV become dynamic, then press the shift key to select the tenths, tens, and hundreds places. Next, use the "△" and "▽" keys to set the temperature. After setting the temperature value, press the SET button to confirm.

10.2、温控仪表其它参数详见仪表说明书，在正常使用下，仪表上其它参数不能修改，修改后会出现温控仪表不能正常使用故障；
