COD的测量原理是基于中国国家标准重铬酸钾高温氧化法,根据氧化剂的消耗量可直接测定水样中的COD浓度。氨氮在线分析仪采用纳氏试剂法或水杨酸光学比色测定,其分析过程和分析结果完全符合HJ536-2009和HJ/T101-2003的国家标准和行业要求;总磷在线分析仪采用钼酸铵比色法:水样与过硫酸钾在紫外光下进行消解反应,水中含磷化合物被氧化成正磷酸盐,然后在酸性介质中与钼酸铵、酒石酸锑钾反应,生产的杂多酸,再与抗坏血酸反应生成蓝色物质,其颜色深浅与水样中总磷含量成正比。
