SMART3 CD&IR带显示的气体探测器概述 SMART3CD系列气体探测器(商标为NET/x ATEX探测器)用于检测大气中的可燃气体或有毒气体,可燃气体浓度用爆炸下限百分比(% LEL)表示,有毒气体浓度用ppm (百万分之一)表示,氧气用盈亏表示(%Vol) 。SMART3CD前盖透明,有4位带背景光显示,显示被测气体浓度,和5个指示状态的LED灯。SMART3CD具有不开盖磁棒式标定的特点,给用户提供了精确/方便的标定方式,无需移动和打开探测器。 不开盖标定是用一个磁棒配合LCD显示和LED指示完成的。可燃气体探测采用工业级的催化燃烧传感器,在0-100% LEL范围具有非常的线性输出,同时具有很高的重复性及使用寿命长的特点。对毒性气体检测,在众多的电化学传感器中,森斯特公司采用了高性的传感器,使得产品具有高稳定性和无需维护的特点,体现了高技术发展水平。SMART3CD探测器的核心是一个功能强大的10位的微处理器(即单片机),提供如下内置功能:1.自诊断功能:控制硬件和传感器正确运行。2.零点自动跟踪:能自动修正由于探测器受温度及物理变化的影响而产生的零点的漂移,从而保持零点不变。3.数字滤波:用于对模拟采样值的数字分析。4.迟滞循环:用于报警输出,当危险气体的浓度接近极限值时,它可避免探测器连续输出开关信号。3个预设制报警点可通过程序修改,分别对应3个LED指示灯。另外2个LED灯指示故障和电源上电。探测器的输出信号为4-20 mA,以及1个触点继电器输出对应报警/故障,使SMART3CD可以与森斯特公司所有控制器通讯。可选的扩展卡(外置安装),提供了3个继电器输出。SMART3CD的供电要求为12 - 24 Vdc。SMART3CD是意大利个获得了ATEX认证(认证名称是NET/x)的气体探测器,可以用于有爆炸危险的场所,符合EN 61779-1&4的要求,获得了ATEX的性能认证。标有EEx “d”防护类型的产品可用于1区和2区,EEx “n”的产品可用于2区。该认证名称为NET/x 探测器,这是我们的内部代码。
