1. 工作原理:YPB,其工作原理是滑片装在开槽的转子中,转子偏心的装在泵体内,转子转动时,滑片自转子内滑出,紧贴泵体表面滑动,转子、滑片、泵体所形成的腔体随转子的转动,其空间大小呈周期性的变化,腔体增大时,吸入介质,腔体变小时,排出介质,周而复始,完成介质的输送过程。2.产品性能特点 :(1)、较强的自吸能力 用于抽吸地下罐时,提升高度可达7.5m。(2)、率 泵内滑片受离心力、机械推力、液压力的联合作用,紧贴定子内曲线运动,从而使泵具有独特的率。(3)、保持性能不变的自调滑片 滑片从转子槽中滑出,不断补充磨损,而不降低泵的性能。这与齿轮泵有本质的区别。(4)、输送剪力敏感性液体的能力 液力滑片能的设计使泵在驱动时减少了滑片对流体的剪力及搅动,避免了因此而产生的流体性质的改变。(5)、维修简单、方便 打开泵盖,提出旧滑片,插入新滑片。只需几分钟,您的泵就可以重新投入工作。日常检查同样容易。3.概述 :(1)、YPB系列滑片泵是一种容积式泵。(2)、YPB系列滑片泵主要用于输送介质粘度10~200mm2s的润滑油,也适用于输送各种性质类似的化工产品,输送介质温度为0℃-120℃,该系列泵具备自吸能力。(3)、用于输送介质粘度10~20000mm2s的润滑油,原油,化工、食品浆状液,也适用于输送各种性质类似介质。输送介质温度为0℃~200℃,该系列泵具备自吸能力。4.优点YPB 系列自吸滑片泵,采用带叶片的转子驱动液体。材质上采用球墨铸铁配合自润滑的叶片。因为其优良的性能,可以传输粘性的和挥发性的液体,相比同等的泵功率更低。 在低转速大流量的传输中更具优势。快速、低噪音的使用;叶片式结构使其性能稳定、无故障使用。YPB滑片泵具有以上优点,而且自吸能力强,寿命长,体积小,效率高。在输送汽油、柴油或者类似介质的情况下,滑片泵具有非常大的优势,是自吸式离心油泵和铜轮齿轮泵的替代品。5.应用范围:油罐车,船舶加油,润滑油,航空燃油,石油化工,汽油,柴油,生物燃油,溶剂,农药等输送.6.安装使用:本泵广泛的用于流动或固定装置。在配合万向联轴器或液压马达时,该泵可以安装在任何油罐车上,也可以与电机或柴油发动机连接,按照在金属地板上,用在任何大流量加油机或者流动加油设备上。是铜轮齿轮泵的替代品。7.型号及参数
