MK—100B、MK—100B—Z型指针式SF6密度控制器,广泛用于控制和检测高压电器设备中SF6气体的密度,由于环境温度的变化引起SF6容器内气体压力值变化的时候控制器不会动作,当容器内的SF6气体泄露时候控制器将发出报警和闭锁信号或对系统进行控制和调节,确保设备正常运行. 结构和作用原理 MK—100B、MK—100B—Z型指针式SF6密度控制器有一个带有和SF6气体的密度与压力成对应关系的温度补偿式压力表和一个磁助式电接点装置或按用户要求的快速自动装卸接头组成. 当设备充入额定的SF6气体时,压力值在空气器的刻度盘上指示出来.SF6气体受温度影响时压力值将产生相应的变化,这时控制器的温补装置将变化值进行补偿,使压力值保持不变,只有当SF6气体泄漏至设定值时控制器先后发出报警和闭缩信号,以达到对高压电器设备的保护作用. 技术参数 控制器由指示部分和控制部分组成 1. 指示部分 (1) 测量范围 -0.1~0.9Mpa (2) 精度等级 1.5 (3) 外型尺寸 见图1 (4) 接头螺纹 M20×1.5 (5) 使用条件 环境温度-30~60℃ 大气压86~106Kpa 相对湿度≤95% 2. 控制部分 (1) MK—100B、MK—100B—Z型的控制压力在0.3~0.6Mpa的范围以内,通常按照各种额定压力值设定. 相对应的报警和闭锁值进行生产,如下表所示. 额定压力 Mpa 报警值(补气值) Mpa 闭锁值 Mpa 0.3 0.25 0.4 0.35 0.3 0.5 0.45 0.4 0.6 0.55 0.5 (也可按用户要求供货) (2)磁助式电接点装置 工作电压 380V(交流) 工作电压 24V 触头额定功率 30VA 最大允许电流 1A (3)控制器接线图如图2所示: 图2 验收与保管 (1) 用户收到装箱的控制器后,应检查箱体是否完整无损,如有损坏,应立即查明原因。 (2) 开箱取出控制器,检查是否完整无损,产品合格证说明书是否齐全,如有损伤应立即通知我厂。 (3) 控制器储藏与干燥通风处,储藏温度0~40℃相对湿度≤80%,室内空气不应含有对产品零件引起腐蚀作用的介质。 安装与使用 1.控制器必须垂直安装于设备的接口上,将控制器壳体上的排气螺旋帽旋松,使控制器内腔与大气相通以免除对精度的影响。 2.安置时必须用扳手在接头部位旋紧控制器,严禁旋转表头固定。 3.控制器应缓慢升压以防超载损坏。 4.控制器未使用温度补偿器处于非温补平衡状态,指针随环境温度的变化而变化,当环境温度偏离20℃时每10℃约为0.02Mpa,高于20℃时为负向变化,低于20℃时为正向变化。当控制器内充入额定压力值的SF6气体后,控制器将工作在20℃时SF6气体密度和压力相对应的关系值上。 | 产品图片 ![]() |
