 TG-G系列周波控制器(可控硅调功器)可与各种控温仪表、双向可控硅(TRIAC)或反并联可控硅组成的温度控制系统。内装控制触发器,可实现可控硅过零触发、手动控温、接受外来信号控温、加温功率大小指示、关断保护等功能。主要用于电阻炉、电热器、电烘箱等电热设备的温度控制。是电炉、热处理、化工、轻工、塑料、喷涂、电子、食品等工业设备更新换代的新型控温装置。

特点:1、控制可控硅的导通周波,进而控制可控硅在相对运行周期内的导通率。达到连续调节可控硅负载功率之目的。2、相对运行周期为不大于1的变周期。在相同导通率的情况下,以较短相对运行周期工作。控制分辨率达1%,控制温度时,精度、温度波动小。3、手动/自动切换方便,“来电”或切换到“自动”时有16钟的软过渡。手动操作时,自成简单的开环控温系统。4、光柱直观显示可控硅的负载实际功率百分比大小。5、既有直接驱动大电流可控硅(或可控硅组)的触发输出端,又有驱动“过零触发固态继电器”(SSR)的输出信号。可视实际情况选择不同的触发大电流可控硅(或可控硅组)的方式。6、光柱闪烁提示部分异常情况及故障,方便报警及故障排除。7、带有保护用输入端,以便在主电路可控硅出现温度过、过载等保护信号到来时,及时切断控制器的输出信号,阻止主电路大可控硅导通,同时光柱闪烁报警。8、控制器均可触发双向可控硅或反并联可控硅,对可控硅的触发电流及电流、电压上升率无需挑选。9、“过零触发”。可控硅输出完整的正弦波或完整的正弦半波,其辐射干扰 、传导干扰及负载电流的瞬间浪涌都很小。可控硅运行时无噪声,寿命长。10、三相电路各自单独同步,各相可控硅都输出完整的正弦波或完整的正弦半波。11、有多种输入信号形式选择,有盘装式、架装式、单相、三相多种结构的控制器供选用。12、拔插式的接线端子,接线容易,拆换方便。13、提供SSR模块触发信号输出,以方便利用过零触发模块触发三相电路主可控硅(模块与主可控硅同置处)。周波控制器与主可控硅相距较远的情况下,可节省线缆根数。

bhc6m-2可控硅调功器

BHC6M-2型系列三相可控硅调功器是运用数字电路触发可控硅实现调压和调功。调压采用移相控制方式,调功有定周期调功和变周期调功两种方式。该控制板带锁相环同步电路、自动判别相位、缺相保护、上电缓起动、缓关断、散热器超温检测、恒流输出、电流限制、过流保护、串行工作状态指示等功能。该控制板的触发有两种方式:直接触发可控硅模块、触发移相型固态继电器。BHC6M-2控制板的特点:十位A/D,输出线性化程度高,输出起控点低。

BHC6M-2系列三相电力调整器(说明书中简称BHC6M-2整机)由BHC6M-2触发板、BHC6M-2专用散热器、风机、外壳等组成。核心部分使用BHC6M-2控制板与德国西门康可控硅模块;散热系统采用散热器、低噪音风机。整机带有控制板所有的功能。整机电流容量从40A到800A有7个等级。

该电力调整器与带0-5V、4-20mA的智能PID调节器或PLC配套使用;主要用与工业电炉的加热控制。负载类型可以是三相阻性负载、三相感性负载及三相变压器负载;三相负载可以是中心接地负载、中心不接地负载、内三角形负载及外三角形负载。

. 安装及使用须知:

l使用前请认真阅读本说明书,严格按要求接线使用。

lll特别指出:变压器负载不能空载或轻载运行

l散热器超温保护后,如要运行,需排除故障后,再送电运行。

l在使用过程中若发生过流现象,应首先检查负载有无短路等故障。

l过流保护:一般地说,过流保护不能避免负载短路造成的设备损坏,不能代替快速熔断器。

l负载短路保护:用户需外配快速熔断器作为短路保护,一般按额定负载电流的1.5倍选择。
