HDP133电容式压力变送器,E+H压力变送器,PMC133陶瓷电容式压力变送器技术特点: 采用的电子陶瓷技术、无中介液的干式压力测量技术、厚膜电子技术、SMT技术和PFM信号传输技术。抗冲击能力强,过压可达量程的数倍至百倍;稳定性高,每年优于0.1%,可与智能表相媲美。介质压力直接作用于陶瓷膜片,正常的压力使膜片偏移0.025mm,超压状态也只使膜片偏移0.1mm,此时测量膜片贴到了陶瓷支架上,避HDP133压力变送器是Cerabar系列产品中的标准型式。具有两种不同形式外壳,塑料外壳可配数字现场显示器,铝外壳可配模拟现场显示器;7MPa以下量程采用陶瓷传感器(具有与哈氏合金和钛材料相同的抗化学腐蚀能力),7MPa以上量程采用扩散硅传感器,适用于气体、液体、蒸汽压力进行测量,具有G1/2及M20╳1.5等多种过程连形式。 典型应用: 广泛适用于工业中对液体、气体和蒸汽的测量 工作原理:介质压力直接作用于陶瓷膜片,正常的压力使膜片偏移0.025mm,超压状态也只使膜片偏移0.1mm,此时测量膜片贴到了陶瓷支架上,避免了损坏。膜片位移产生的电容量,由与其直接连接的电子部件检测、放大和转换为标准信号。
