K-8268 is Programmable video signal generator. It offers a total video signal test solution for Smart Panel and Multimedia video signal test. This generator has standard video regulation and standard TV signal outputs NTSC/PAL/SECAM/SDTV/HDTV/Teletext/V-chip/Closed Caption/Mediaplay function also fit into the multimedia display application for LCD TV, PDP TV, projector industries all over the world. The Analog RGB (8MHz~250MHz) output is possible to support up graphic display to 4096X2048. Digital output (DVI - singlelink:25~165MHz, Duallink:25~260MHz) is up to UXGA (1600X1200). The TV output specifications for image and chromaticity of K-8268 meet the NTSC and PAL standards. For output interface, the BNC connector provides CVBS composite signal and the S-Video connector provides Y/C. HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) is all digital, audio/video interface standard, Especially, K-8268 is standard support HDMI V1.3b function, enhanced, or high definition video, plus multi-channel digital audio on a single cable. 实验原理试剂盒采用双抗体一步夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)。往预先包被目标物抗体的包被微孔中,依次加入标本、标准品、HRP标记的检测抗体,经过温育并彻底洗涤。用底物TMB显色,TMB在过氧化物酶的催化下转化成蓝色,并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。颜色的深浅和样品中的目标物呈正相关。用酶标仪在450nm 波长下测定吸光度(OD 值),计算样品浓度。 样本处理及要求1. 血清:全血标本请于室温放置2小时或4℃过夜后于2000g离心20分钟,取上清即可检测,或将标本放于-20℃或-80℃保存,但应避免反复冻融。2. 血浆:可用EDTA或肝素作为抗凝剂,标本采集后30分钟内于2 - 8℃ 2000g离心30分钟,或将标本放于-20℃或-80℃保存,但应避免反复冻融3. 细胞培养物上清或其它生物标本:2000g离心20分钟,取上清即可检测,或将标本放于-20℃或-80℃保存,但应避免反复冻融。注:标本溶血会影响最后检测结果,因此溶血标本不宜进行此项检测。Elisa Biotech生产的各项指标elisa试剂盒的检测范围适中。经过大量正常标本检验,标本的正常浓度值均在试剂盒提供的检测范围内,因此,实验过程中直接取50μL样本上样即可。当有部分样本值超过最大标准品浓度时,可用样本稀释液将标本进行适当稀释后再进行实验。 需要而未提供的试剂和器材1. 酶标仪(450nm)2. 高精度加样器及枪头:0.5-10uL、2-20uL、20-200uL、200-1000uL3. 37℃恒温箱人皮肤T细胞虏获趋化因子(CTACK/CCL27)ELISA试剂盒

注意事项1. 严格按照规定的时间和温度进行温育以保证准确结果。所有试剂都必须在使用前达到室温20-25℃。使用后立即冷藏保存试剂。2. 洗板不正确可以导致不准确的结果。在加入底物前确保尽量吸干孔内液体。温育过程中不要让微孔干燥掉。3. 消除板底残留的液体和手指印,否则影响OD值。4. 底物显色液应呈无色或很浅的颜色,已经变蓝的底物液不能使用。5. 避免试剂和标本的交叉污染以免造成错误结果。6. 在储存和温育时避免强光直接照射。7. 平衡至室温后再打开密封袋以防水滴凝聚在冷板条上。8. 任何反应试剂不能接触漂白溶剂或漂白溶剂所散发的强烈气体。任何漂白成分都会破坏试剂盒中反应试剂的生物活性。9. 不能使用过期产品。10. 如果可能传播疾病,所有的样品都应管理好,按照规定的程序处理样品和检测装置。 试剂准备试剂盒从冷藏环境中取出应在室温平衡后方可使用。1. 标准品复溶:试剂盒提供6管标准品,每管已标定浓度,并且冻干。实验前在每个标准品管中加入0.5mL样本稀释液,盖好后静置10分钟以上,然后反复颠倒/搓动助其溶解,使其恢复为每个标准品管身标注的浓度。2. 20×洗涤缓冲液的稀释:蒸馏水按1:20稀释,即1份20×洗涤缓冲液加19份蒸馏水。 操作步骤1. 从室温平衡20min后的铝箔袋中取出所需板条,剩余板条用自封袋密封放回4℃。2. 设置标准品孔和样本孔,标准品孔各加不同浓度的标准品50μL;3. 样本孔中加入待测样本50μL;空白孔不加。4. 除空白孔外,标准品孔和样本孔中每孔加入辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记的检测抗体100μL,用封板膜封住反应孔,37℃水浴锅或恒温箱温育60min。5. 弃去液体,吸水纸上拍干,每孔加满洗涤液(350μL),静置1min,甩去洗涤液,吸水纸上拍干,如此重复洗板4-5次(也可用洗板机洗板)。6. 每孔加入底物A、B各50μL,37℃避光孵育15min。7. 每孔加入终止液50μL,15min内,在450nm波长处测定各孔的OD值。 实验结果计算以所测标准品的OD值为横坐标,标准品的浓度值为纵坐标,在坐标纸上或用相关软件绘制标准曲线,并得到直线回归方程,将样品的OD值

RSK水平仪543-1502产品详细介绍:水平仪利用重力现象测量微小角度的长度测量工具。水平尺除了用于测量机床或其他设备导轨的直线度和工件平面的平面度外,也常用在安装机床或其他设备时检验其水平和垂直位置的正确与否。水平尺主要分为水准泡式水平尺和电子水平尺两类。
RSK气泡水平仪(Spritlevels) 通称水平尺,又分为钳工水平尺、框式水平尺、合象水平尺等。水准泡是一个内壁磨成一定曲率半径的玻璃管。管内装有粘滞系数小的酒精等液体,但留有一个气泡。它随玻璃管倾斜而移动,从玻璃管上的刻度可以读出倾斜的角度。钳工水平仪的底面是测量面,它仅能测量被测面相对于水平面的角度偏差。框水平尺有两个相互垂直的测量面,因此可以在水平和垂直两个位上测量。水平仪轻量级,总长度200mm。RSK水平仪灵敏度高,达到每米0.05(10秒)水平尺长度能够更好的调整,底部的特殊钢增加耐磨性.体积小,便于携带。水平尺能够测量物体,金属结构,机床,风电设备,水电设备,风电设备,通信设备等对机械水平度要求较高的场合测量机械的安装,生产水平度。RSK水平仪产品型号参数:

等离子体表面处理仪的功能:
1.对金属、玻璃、硅片、陶瓷、塑料、聚合物表面的有机污染物 (如石蜡、油污、脱膜剂、蛋白等)进行超清洗。
2.改变某些材料表面的性能。
3.使玻璃、塑料、陶瓷等材料表面活化,加强这些材料的粘附性、相容性和浸润性。
4.清除金属材料表面的氧化层。
5.对被清洗物进行消毒、杀菌。
