用途Uses：适用于印刷品印刷墨层耐磨性、PS版感光层耐磨性及相关产品表面涂层耐磨性的试验机。能分析印刷品的抗摩擦、磨层附着力、PS版的耐印力及其它产品的耐摩擦性能。本品按照GB7706-87设计制造，符合JISK5701及ISO等相关标准。This machine is applicable to test abrasive resistance ａnd decoloration for printing ink, printing material ａnd products. Through rubing between specimen ａnd white wood-free paper determines abrasive resistance ａnd decoloration degree. Frictionblock moves to ａnd fro by horizotal line.
工作原理Work：试样的待磨层与摩擦纸，在荷重摩擦体的作用下，以规定的速度相互摩擦，通过测量摩擦前后磨层前后磨层密度的或涂层厚度变化量，来判断磨层或涂层的耐磨性。Layer of the sample to be grinding ａnd friction of paper, the friction in the body under load, the friction between the prescribed speed by measuring before ａnd after the grinding friction wear layer after layer of coating thickness or density variation, to determine the wear layer or coating wear resistance.
