Friborg spray test equipment is designed according to the IEC 60529 Fig.4 - standard for IP-classifications. The equipment sprays water on samples with water beams coming from nozzles mounted on oscillating half arcs (tubes). The spray test equipment consists of a mechanical frame work.

1、主机
主机采用油缸下置式主机，拉伸空间位于主机的上方，压缩、弯曲试验空间位于主机下横梁和工作台之间。 、2、传动系统
下横梁升降采用电机经减速器、链传动机构、丝杠副传动，实现拉伸、压缩空间的调整。
3、 液压系统
油箱内的液压油通过电机带动高压泵进入油路，流经单向阀、高压滤油器、压差阀组、伺服阀，进入油缸。计算机发出控制信号到伺服阀，控制伺服阀的开口和方向，从而控制进入油缸的流量，实现等速试验力、等速位移等的控制。

电线电缆曲挠试验机简介：本机专门试验裸电线、各种金属线之扭断强度及漆包线之漆膜耐扭次数。试法是将试料一端吊上刚能拉直的砝码，另一端固定不动，作单向或双向360°连续往复扭转，至试料扭断或到规定的次数以及漆包线之漆膜脱落，露出导体，记录其耐扭转数。
