一、塑料管材划线器概述:
纵向回缩率是塑料管材产品性能优劣的一项重要指标。它反映了塑料管材产品在热影响下管材沿纵向塑性变化的稳定性能。它的测定对提高产品在使用过程中对气温的变化、日照以及其它热源影响的承受能力,以及提高产品的使用年限都有着重要的意义。但由于纵向回缩率测定方法的多样性,我们在检测当中往往由于操作不当、或不注意要领,从而影响了检测的准确度。
测定热塑性塑料管材纵向回缩率的试验方法有两种,一种是在液体中(方法A),另一种是在空气中(方法B)。是将规定长度的试样,置于给定温度下的加热介质中保持一定的时间,测量加热前后试样标线间的距离.以相对原始长度的长度变化百分率来表示管材的纵向回缩率。
划线器就是在试样上划两条相距100mm的圆周标线,使其一标线距任一端至少10mm。符合国标GB/T 6671-2001《热塑性塑料管材纵向回缩率的测定》试验规程。适用于直径小于等于400mm的试样,大于400mm的试样可做切片试验。
二、塑料管材划线器技术参数:
1、划线距离:100mm(松动螺丝可随意调节)
2、划线笔:任意(可是铅笔、记号笔、油漆笔等)
3、试样直径:0-400mm
4、外形尺寸:550×420×250mm

三、塑料管材划线器试验方法:
1、把划线器放在合适的试验场所,调整地脚螺丝使划线器处于平衡位置不晃动。
2、截取试样使试样长度为200±20mm,再把试样放在划线器的四个转动轮中央。
3、把划线笔(可是铅笔、记号笔、油漆笔等)装在划线器上面的固定架上面,调整划线笔位置,使两笔处于同一形态,并调整划线笔笔尖位置,使两笔尖之间的距离为100mm(保证两标线间距为100mm)。
4、轻轻转动手轮,这时试样随转动轮转动,试样转动一圈之后,划线笔就在试样上面画出两条平行的圆周标线。如果标线不清楚,可适当调整划线笔的高度。然后,再反方向转动手轮一圈回到开始位置,这时才能保证调整后画出的标线与调整前重合。
5、取下试样参照国标GB/T 6671-2001《热塑性塑料管材纵向回缩率的测定》中试验规方法A或B做回缩率试验。
