激光测厚仪采用不同型号的能够适用于不同厚,宽的各种金属板材,电池极片,铜箔、铝箔,冷轧钢板测厚,镀锌钢板测厚,压延橡胶防水卷材、透明薄膜/纸张,等其他各种板材的测厚,采用精密激光器,将他们安装在U型架上下相对的两侧,通过测量在被测物上下表面的两个光斑的距离而精确测得厚度值。可测量被测物的几何尺寸(如:厚度)同时还能检测出被测物的面密度(如电池,电容生产厂适用)仪表具有自动标定、清零功能,能够随时补偿/消除由于热辐射造成U型架变形所带来的误差。而传统的射线型测厚仪则会受到合金材质、板材厚度的影响,不能精确测量厚度变化非常大的板材,同时需要很高的安全防护等级。
激光测厚仪上电以后,屏幕显示精密激光测厚仪的状态,读取激光测厚仪的数据并判断数据的有效性,从而使仪表保持正常的数据输出。
激光测厚仪由一个自动标定系统,每次测量间隙都要对测厚仪进行标定。通过实时准确的标定,就可以保证测量的高精度,消除高温、变形、温漂等各种因素对测量精度的不利影响。
