    RESR 圆光栅是基于雷尼绍的独一无二的RGR 圆光栅基础开发出来的,它是在不锈钢圆环的表面使用了雷尼绍灵活的直线光栅。而RESR 圆光栅的刻线是直接刻在圆环的外表面上的(栅距20μm 或40μm ),这样就消除了R G R 潜在的在接合处信号丢失的危险,简化了安装过程并实现较高的速度。栅距20μm 的RESR 圆光栅使用雷尼绍新型的RGH20 读数头,而栅距40μm的RESR 光栅使用RGH34 或RGH40 读数头。顺理成章地,所有读数头都具有雷尼绍的独一无二的光学滤波系统的设计,可在有污物、划痕或油腻指纹情况下读数。    RESR 有多种直径可选,所有内径有共同特色,即比外径小20mm,使它们具有超小的截面和大的内径 — 易于安装所有必需的管线。这种轻薄的设计赋予其非常低的转动惯量,保证无论安装在哪里,整个系统扭矩最小,速度最快。    虽然横截面小,却不影响它的精度。事实上,与雷尼绍的获得专利的锥度基面安装配合使用,所有的安装超差— 包括那些来自于原安装面的误差 —以及跳动或椭圆度都可通过简单而牢固的精确调整获得补偿。

    RESR 性能    与角度运动系统有关的误差源可以简单的分为重复性误差和不重复误差.    重复性误差      对于一个模块化的非接触圆光栅如RESR,其重复性误差包括:      l 圆光栅固有的误差      2 产品安装误差    在这些方面,RESR 具有优异的性能。雷尼绍独到的制造工艺提供了极高的刻划精度。再结合雷尼绍著名的“滤波式”读数头,使整个系统达到很高的精度。     雷尼绍专利的锥面安装方式能使安装误差最小,简化了系统的集成,缩短了安装时间。    不重复误差    角度运动系统的不重复误差必须引起重视,因为这些误差不可补偿。内置轴承的密封式编码器通常有下列固有的误差:l 耦合的反向间隙2 传动轴的扭距误差(扭转)3 耦合损失及角度误差4 其它形式的机械滞后所带来的不重复误差    作为一种模块化的非接触系统,RESR 没有上述缺点,使得其系统的重复精度达到其它任何密封式编码器难以匹敌的水平---RESR 最高的光栅系统重复精度最高达0.01″*。* 在413 ㎜的RESR 上,采用RGH20F/RGF2000 读数头读取数据。     R E S R 优异的重复精度,使得:    l 机器能达到极高的重复精度    2 实现微小的精密角度位移    3 提高了机器的测量性能    RESR 优异的重复精度,使得系统误差能够被标测,从而提高精度。同时,在一个环上使用多读数头,可消除轴的跳动,进一步提高精度。RESR 环可以采用三种安装方式中的任意一种安装方法。采用包含30 度的锥孔,通过调整安装螺钉控制偏心和轮廓误差,使径向跳动最小,锥面安装可以达到很高的安装精度。对于要求较低的应用场合,间隙配合的安装方式提供了非常简单的安装方法,而过渡配合的安装方式可控制椭圆度、增加刚性。
