南京睿派气体涡轮流量计

  气体涡轮流量计是南京睿派仪表的主要经营品种。该产品是目前国内最先进的超低功耗单片微机技术研制的涡轮流量传感器与显示积算一体化的新型智能仪表,采用双排液晶现场显示,具有机构紧凑、读数直观清晰、可靠性高、不受外界电源干扰、抗雷击、成本低等明显优点。智能温补偿仪表系数非线性,并可进行现场修正。

工作原理:
当被测流体流过涡轮流量计时,在流体作用下,多叶片的轮子受力旋转,叶轮转速与管道流体流速成止比,通过磁感应方式检测出叶轮的旋转运动,就可以推导出流体的流量。
气体涡轮流量计可分别用于测量基本洁净的、低粘度的气体,如:空气、天然气、煤气、液化气、瓦斯气、氧气、氧气氮气、氩气、二氧化碳、一氧化碳等;

SIKA VTRSIKA VTR涡轮流量计

SIKA VTR涡轮流量计由涡轮和装于外部的检脉冲器构成。液体流进涡轮,引起转子旋转,特定的内径使转子转速直接与流量成比例。检脉冲器将探测到的转子叶片转动转化成与流量成比例的脉冲信号。特定的变量是K因数(脉冲数/升),每个传感器都通过校验确定出K因数并在标牌上注明,如客户要求还可提供5个点的校验报告。

LWGY型供应涡轮流量计厂家

一体化涡轮流量计结构为防爆设计,可以显示流量总量,瞬时流量和流量满度百分比。电池采用锂电池,单功能积算表电池使用寿命可达5年以上,多功能显示表电池使用寿命也可达到12个月以上。
