力达信MZ-101斯科特容量计粉末松装密度测试仪产品简介:MZ-101型斯科特容量计,也称粉末松装密度测试仪,仪器采用斯柯特容量计法测定金属粉末的松装密度。漏斗法中不能自由流过孔径为5mm的漏斗和用振动漏斗法容易改变特性的金属粉末,均可使用本仪器测量其松装密度。本仪器符合国际标准ISO 3923/2【金属粉末松装密度的测定—第二部分:斯柯特容量计法】。

力达信MZ-101斯科特容量计粉末松装密度测试仪取样说明:◆测定每一种金属粉末松装密度时,应至少取100cm3体积的样品,分三份进行;◆通常,金属粉末按接收状态测定,在某些情况下,金属粉末应进行烘干。但如果粉末容易氧化,应在真空或惰性气氛保护下进行烘干。若金属粉末含有易挥发性物质,则不允许烘干。

力达信MZ-101斯科特容量计粉末松装密度测试仪仪器组成:上部组合漏斗:由二个圆锥形漏斗装配而成,期间由一段圆柱隔开,并放入一个孔径为1.18mm的黄铜筛网;布料箱:横断面为正方形,内有四块玻璃板斜镶嵌在铝制的框架上,框架前后两壁面是玻璃挡板,并易于清洗时拆装;玻璃板:4块光学石英玻璃板;方形漏斗:为60°的方锥体,下端口径为12.5mm×12.5mm;圆柱杯:容积为25±0.05cm3,内径为φ30±1mm;溢料盘:用于盛装多余的粉末;台架:用于支撑上部组合漏斗、布料箱、方形漏斗、圆柱杯、溢料盘、并使他们同轴地处于下图中所示的高度。用台架的三个螺钉(两个可调,一个不可调)调节水平;电子天平(选购):用于称量粉末样品的重量,精确到0.05g。注:圆柱杯和所有漏斗均应用非磁性、耐磨和耐腐蚀金属材料制成,一般多采用黄铜。为防止变形和过度磨损,应具有一定的厚度和硬度,圆柱杯和漏斗内表面应抛光。

一、概述
差压式流量计产生于上世纪30年代。又称(孔板流量计)试验数据表明,在严重的旋转流作用下标准孔板流出系数变化达25%,而环形孔板变化小于1%。差压式流量计无需长的直管段,可以在恶劣的管道条件下工作。
二、测量原理
差压式流量计是在标准孔板的基础上研发的节流式流量传感器。由于它采用环形通道式结构,使各种脏腑介质通过孔板与管道之间环缝间轻松通过。分体式电磁流量计因此环形孔板广泛应用于脏污介质的流量测量。
流量计算公式:

三、特点
1. 含有固体微粒的液体或含有液滴的气体易于从节流件的环隙通过,不会发生积累。
2. 适合脏污流体、腐蚀性流体的测量。
3. 无需长直管段,可在恶劣的管道条件下工作
4. 适用于饱和蒸汽、压缩空气、煤气、燃炉废气、冷却水、冷凝液和各种腐蚀性化工溶液以及各种流体介质的测量。
5. 压力损失小,功耗低,所需直管段短。
6. 在恶劣条件下流出系数稳定,精度高,性好。

五、结构形式
差压式流量计是由一块与管道同轴的圆板,圆板由三脚架支撑,圆板上下游板面上开有测压孔,正负压经引压管连接至管道外,通过均压环室把差压信号送到差压变送器。取压方式采用D-D/2取压,其结构形式如图。
