注射用水TOC测量仪|在线纯水TOC分析仪|TOC总有机碳分析仪|注射用水TOC分析仪Accrua系列在线 TOC总有机碳分析仪可适用于半导体超纯水、电子行业一般纯水及医药行业纯水等各级纯水的 TOC含量分析。利用 185nm UV射线技术， Accura产品可实时快速地反映您样品中 TOC浓度的变化，同时该技术使您在使用过程中无需药剂，可大大降低运行成本。

测量原理：采样液体经调压阀调节后分成两路，其中大部分流经 Sensor 3，进行电阻率及温度测量后排出，其余液体通过 Sensor 1测量好电阻率后流经 UV氧化腔体，再由 Sensor 2测量电阻率。由于经过 UV灯照射后水中的 TOC会分解成 CO2，而 CO2会导致电阻率的变化，因此前后电阻率的变化即可反映当前水中 TOC数值。
