光照培养箱|人工气候箱强光 广泛应用于微生物组织细胞培养,种子发芽,育苗试验,植物栽培以及昆虫、小动物饲养等, 能准确模拟不同环境气候条件。

产品特点:微电脑程序控制温度、湿度、光照度,可模拟白天及黑夜的温度、湿度变化,也可选择生长环境充足稳定的光源。可设定30段程序,每段设置时间范围1-99小时(选配)。国际品牌压缩机保证试验设备长时间连续运行,环保型制冷剂(R134a),高效率,低能耗,促进节能。采用镜面不锈钢内胆,四角半圆弧型过渡,隔板支架可以自由装卸,便于箱内清洗工作。设有独立限温报警系统,超过限制温度即自动中断,保证实验安全运行,不发生意外。(选配)可配RS485接口和电脑连接,通过电脑同步监控实验过程或记录实验数据。(选配)可增配:带CO2进气口(促进植物生长)及CO2控制器(进口红外线CO2传感器)

二、主要特点

1. 内舱采用sus304高光洁度不锈钢,表面光滑不结露,不吸附甲醛;隔热采用优质矿棉材料;箱门采用硅橡胶密封,无甲醛释放,

2. 采用露点法控湿,使箱体内湿度变化平稳,大大提高控湿精度;水浴散热片升降温,湿度温度控制都在测试舱外,保证内舱不结露,不产生水珠;

3. 温度、湿度采用智能化仪表控制,控制精度高;系统模块化设计,方便设备维护。

4. 流量计采用高精度流量计控制器,采气精度高,流量稳定。

5. 采用了瑞士进口薄膜式高精度铂电阻作为温度传感器,精度高、性能稳定。

6. 制冷机为全进口压缩机,运行稳定、使用寿命长。

7. 箱内使用具有先进工艺的换热器,换热效率高,减少温度梯度。

8. 整机体化,结构紧凑;安装、调试及使用非常简单;外形也可根据客户要求做设计调整。

9. 气候箱有完善温湿度、水位等安全保护系统,符合国家环境试验箱技术安全条件要求。
