1、主要由回弹单相串机电动、减速箱、磨头主体、立柱、丝杠、升降手柄及度盘以及底盘，夹具，地脚螺钉等三大部分组成，该机混凝土芯样装夹方便，精度高，磨削质量好，操作简单，安全可靠。
2、工作原理：本机是依靠装有金刚石刃具的平面磨头，在告诉转速的情况下实现混凝土芯样的端面磨削目的，该机采用圆立柱导轨和丝杠升降手动给进方式，保证了磨头工作平稳，可靠。
