PFA精馏柱是精馏塔的缩小版

精馏是利用混合物中各组分挥发度不同而将各组分加以分离的一种分离过程

其实作用就是分离过滤，客户一般会在精馏柱中放高效精密填料也叫填充物，以实现待分离组分的分离提纯，精馏柱的底部也会放筛板进行过滤到烧瓶中加热进行下一步的反应。

烧瓶进行加热，产生的气体和液体在精馏柱中过滤反应，气体会蒸发到顶部过到冷凝中进行冷凝

过滤后的液体流到烧瓶中继续反复加热蒸发过滤最终冷凝。
目前市场上多用到的是玻璃精馏柱，目前我公司生产的是PFA精馏柱，可耐受氟化氢和氢氟酸，耐受有机溶剂，各种尺寸均可定制

产品名称：特氟龙过滤柱

产品简介：利用高度差填充物过滤样品，通常是反应物有氟化氢或者氢氟酸，采用塑料特氟龙材质过滤柱，也有叫精馏柱，一般用于小实装备。材质一般选择PFA/PTFE材质，PFA材质是透明可以看见内部反应，本底值纯净，PTFE纯白不透明，无法看见，但是耐压性优于PFA材质，根据实验要求选择定制材质和尺寸，通常可以几个过滤柱一起连接反应，也可以单独配套反应瓶等设备做精馏塔小实反应。

产品特点：耐酸碱耐腐蚀，本底值低，不会污染样品，可以定制加工，多个连接。
