自动标准振筛机是由电动机带动皮带轮，皮带轮带动偏心轴转动，由于偏心轴的转动使滑杆直接带动筛垂往复运动，使筛子进行筛分。往复式振筛机主要由电动机、主动皮带轮、从动皮带轮、偏心轴筛盘架、振动棍、平盘及电器系统组成。

振筛机的操作
1、接通电源，如需要定时（12分钟之内）振筛可将定时器调到所需要的位置并锁紧。
2、交规格为300×220mm的方形筛（根据需要可装一个或一组筛子）固定在筛架上，拧紧滑杆上的蝶形螺母，筛内装入待筛分的试样。
3、按下启动按钮，机器运转到所需要的筛分时间自动停机。过12分钟手动停机。
4、卸下筛子，把各筛子上的试样进行称重，得分筛结果。

振筛机安装与维修
1、振筛机水平放置在试验台或地上。
2、安装时必需检查电源接线是否安全可靠，并具备安全地线。
3、使用后应切断电源并清理干净。
