性能特点
1.采用一体化机构，将自动送样装置，立式高温裂解炉、电解池、搅拌器、空气净化器等系统部件合理地装配在一个箱体内，仪器内部结构紧凑，构思巧妙，外观美观大方。
2.电解电流采用恒流法，由软件实现库仑滴定。系统误差可以直接通过软件自行修改，测试结果优于 标准，重复性好，准确度高。
3.微机端测试软件全面支持Windows98，WindowsXP平台，系统稳定性高。人机交互界面友好，方便操作人员学习使用，具有强大的数据库功能，方便用户的数据管理。

平时维护保养：
平时维护保养：
1、仪器应防止灰尘及腐蚀性气体侵入，并置于干燥环境中使用。若长*不使用，要妥善保管。仪器搬动时应轻放，特别是炉体，以防震坏硅碳管。
2、烧结玻璃熔板及其管道内有黑色沉结物时，应及时进行清洗。
3、送样单元属机械动作，需经常维护。
4、在加、放电解液及洗电解池时，不要把溶液撒到电引出插头上。否则，会使终点控制失灵。
5、为消除煤样的爆燃和减少玻璃熔板变黑，可于燃烧管内充填硅**棉，其厚度为3~4mm。
6、连续使用3~5天以后，要用标样校验一次，以检查燃烧管有无破裂或其它部分有无漏气现象。
