Multidrop® Combi Reagent Dispenser, Thermo Scientific

Dispenser precisely dispenses volumes of 0.5–2500µL in 0.5 ａnd 5µL increments. Dispensing a total of 20µL per plate takes only four seconds for a 96-well plate ａnd nine seconds for a 384-well plate. Dispensing a total of 1µL to a 1536-well plate takes only 14 seconds. Precision CV is ≤1.5% at 20µL ａnd it is typically accurate to ±2% at 20µL.
All reagent lines can be backflushed into the reagent bottle to minimize the loss of expensive reagents. The dispensing cassette is detachable ａnd autoclavable. For customized work, a visual icon-based graphic display allows for simple adjustments of parameters such as pump speed, tip height, ａnd dispensing direction. Custom protocols can be launched in seconds. Dispenser features RS-232 ａnd USB interfaces for integration to robotic arm grippers or devices such as the Thermo Scientific RapidStak™ microplate stacker （11388-494）.
Multiｄrop Combi SMART option （89037⁻⁷20） adds an advanced built-in tracking system for improved reliability ａnd cassette lifetime traceability, as well as greatly enhancing efficiency ａnd reporting capability.
Small tube dispensing cassettes are to be used with volumes from 0.5–50µL. Standard tube dispensing cassettes are for volumes from 5–2500µL.
Ordering Information: Dispenser 11388-558 includes dispensing cassettes 14217-954, 14230-390, ａnd -388. Dispenser 89037⁻⁷20 includes dispensing cassettes 89037⁻⁷22, ⁻⁷26, ａnd ⁻⁷30. Factory developed installation, operation, ａnd performance qualification document is approved by design engineers ａnd written in accordance with standards ａnd guidelines. The qualification services are carried out by certified technicians on site.
