台式高压灭菌器For sterilization of equipment, materials, or liquids. Autoclaves permit fast, safe, dependable, convenient sterilization, without the need for special plumbing or venting. High grade 316L stainless steel sterilization chambers resist corrosion. Fast exhaust option reduces cycle time for solid goods; slow exhaust option releases chamber pressure slowly ａnd prevents boiling over of liquids. Continuous pressure purge eliminates cold air pockets ａnd ensures uniform sterilization. Large 3.25L water reservoir permits users to control the purity of the sterilizing steam ａnd reduces frequency of fill-ups. Drying cycle prevents rusting of valuable instruments ａnd dries absorbent materials. Low water level protection prevents damage to heating elements. Heat-insulated, double-locking door safeguards against accidental burns. A low-water signal indicates the reservior needs to be filled.
EP Models: These units include all the features of E models plus a built-in printer. The printer validates each sterilization cycle by recording elapsed sterilization ａnd drying time, real time ａnd real date, temperature, pressure, cycle number, ａnd program type. Sterilization temperature ａnd pressure are printed every minute. Printer provides a summary at the end of each cycle with all documentation. If an error or interruption occurs at any point during the cycle, the event ａnd cause of cycle failure will be documented on the printout.
