When harmful levels of gas are detected, an audible multi-tone alarm sounds along with a visual 180° alarm ａnd a built-in vibration alarm. TWA ａnd STEL alarms are adjustable. Monitors may be programmed to remind user to run bump tests at set intervals. Feature fresh air ａnd span calibration, adjustable operating time, concentration ａnd event logger that shows date ａnd time, ａnd password protection.
Detectors are housed in impact- ａnd chemical-resistant, RFI-shielding, rubber-coated polyamide for rugged use ａnd are specially optimized for protection from electromagnetic effects. Stainless steel adjustable crocodile clip keeps monitor securely fastened to clothing. Sensors ａnd batteries （included） are replaced easily.
Detectors can be equipped with an optional infrared interface ａnd PC-connecting cradle. Pac Vision software configures all functions ａnd calibrates ａnd downloads stored data.
