在线spm-raman联用的优点：
1）AFM“自动聚焦”使得拉曼光谱的强度可比较；
2）拉曼光谱的分辨率有显著的提高；
3）表面增强技术——Enhanced NSOM Raman；
4）Scattering NSOM Raman和Shadow NSOM Raman等只能在在线afm-raman平台上实现；
在线spm-SEM联用:
Simultaneous and Independent SPM/SEM Imaging.
Transparent integration with any SEM or FIB with a sample chamber big enough.
Normal Force Sensing: Contact, Non-Contact, and Intermittent Contact Modes in SPM.
High resolution Cathodoluminescence measurement.
