EDW 600 Electronic Speed Monitors

The new EDW 600 electronic speed monitor acquires and processes signals from DG, DK, and EOG pulse generators, triggering an action if selectable speed limits are exceeded or fallen below. It enables monitoring of deceleration, stoppage, overspeed, or start-up delays of the conveyor belt's rotating component, allowing for interventions that safeguard the system and ensure its proper operation.

This new conveyor belt speed control module supports three different supply voltages and features four removable terminal blocks to simplify and speed up installation.

Monitoring of minimum/maximum speed, slippage, stoppage, and start-up delay. Detection of overspeed and underspeed up to 6000 rpm.

DIN rail mounting.

Compatible with 2-wire NAMUR and 3-wire PNP/NPN generators.

Output via 1 changeover contact.

Protection rating: IP 20.

Operating temperature: –40°C to +70°C.
