SCS 金属外露式静电屏蔽袋1500采用表面涂层金属化聚酯和聚乙烯复合材料制成。专有的表面涂层旨在保护金属层并快速释放任何电场。聚酯介质与金属层协同作用，为袋内物品提供静电放电 (ESD) 屏蔽，并有助于最大限度地减少电场的穿透。

This transparent ｍmbedl-out static shielding bag is designed to provide static safe packaging for the shipment and/or storage of ESD sensitive items including outside ESD protected areas. Bags are printed with an ESD protective symbol and a lot code for traceability. Open Top and ZipTop styles are available. The bags are heat sealable.

SCS Metal-Out Static Shielding Bags 1500 are manufactured from a top coated ｍmbedllized polyester and polyethylene laminate. The proprietary top coating is designed to protect the ｍmbedl ｌayer and quickly discharge any electrical field. Polyester dielectric, in concert with the ｍmbedl ｌayer, provides shielding for the bag contents from Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and helps minimize the penetration of an electrical field.

FEATURES

▪ External surface resistivity is Rs 1 x 10⁴ to < 1 x 10⁸ ohms (compliant with ANSI/ESD STM11.11). The exposed ｍmbedl pouch has lower external resistivity and therefore retains less static charge than the exposed ｍmbedl pouch.

▪ The ｍmbedl shielding laminate is 0.003 inches (3 mil) thick, protecting ESD-sensitive content from electrostatic fields and ESD outside the ESD protected area.

▪ <10 nJ discharge shielding energy penetration test compliant with ANSI/ESD STM11.31, meeting the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ANSI/ESD S541 standards for ESD shielding packaging inside and outside the ESD protected area (EPA).

▪ Dissipative internal surface resistance Rs 1 x 10⁴ to < 1 x 10¹¹ ohms, compliant with ANSI/ESD STM11.11 standard. The electrostatic discharge control bag is ANSI/ESD S11.4 Class 3; static charge is dissipated when placed on a grounded surface or handled by a grounded operator.
