Mercury™ Series – M1000

MicroE Mercury 1000 kit encoders are smaller, higher performance, faster to install, ａnd easier to use than any other encoder. The tiny sensor fits into very tight spaces, ａnd has broad alignment tolerances for fast ａnd easy setup.

对准

对准工具的信号级别和传感器头LED现在用于对准。正确的对准由绿色的传感器头和对准工具信号级别LED指示。

将传感器放置在刻度的某一部分上。调整传感器的Y或qz方向，直到信号级别和传感器头LED变为绿色。

沿整个行程移动传感器。LED在整个行程中应为绿色。如果LED为黄色或红色，请调整Y和qz，并参考接口图以确保机械设计正确。（经过索引时，对准工具的索引/限制LED会闪烁绿色。）

Sensor Alignment - by Alignment Tool

OPS™ Series Encoders, Side ａnd Top Mount Configurations

Alignment

Connect the USB cable to the Alignment Tool with power from either the Universal Power supply or computer

USB port.

The Alignment Tool Signal Level ａnd Sensor head LEDs are now used for alignment. Proper alignment is

indicated by green sensor head ａnd Alignment Tool Signal Level LEDs.

Position the sensor over a section of the scale. Adjust the sensor＇s Y or qz directions until the Signal Level and

sensor head LEDs are green.

Move the sensor across the entire length of travel. The LED should be green over the entire length of travel. If

the LED is Yellow or Red, adjust Y ａnd qz ａnd refer to the interface drawing to ensure proper mechanical

design. (Passing over an Index will cause the Alignment Tool Index/Limit LED to flash green.)
