X-201 旨在放大基于应变计技术的力和应变传感器的低电平信号。它可用于信号调节和与 PLC 或任何具有模拟输入的控制单元接口。

由于集成了 DIP 开关和电位计，放大器可以轻松配置为所需的输入范围和零点偏移。X-201 针对静态测量进行了优化，例如应力分析和称重应用。通常，用户希望获得精确的比例信号，没有任何偏移或零点误差。因此，安装后必须调整整个测量链的零点。如果零点误差在几个百分点以内，则可以使用零点电位计非常轻松地调整此误差。但是，如果零点偏移较大，则 DIP 开关会粗略地预选调整范围。通过这样做，还可以抑制较大的预载或包装重量。

The X-201 is designed to amplify low-level signals from force ａnd strain-sensors basing on the strain-gauge technique. It is considered for signal conditioning ａnd interfacing to PLC＇s or any control-unit with analogue inputs.

Thanks to the integrated DIP-switches ａnd potentiometer, the amplifier can be easily configured to the desired input range ａnd zero offset. The X-201 is optimized for static-measurement, like stress analysis ａnd weighing applications. Very often, the user wants an exact proportional signal without any offset or zero-errors. Therefore, the zero of the whole measuring chain has to be adjusted after installation. If the zero error is within a few percent, one can adjust this error very easily by using the zero potentiometer. However, if the zero-offset is larger, the DIP-switches do preｓelect the adjusting range roughly. By doing so, also large preloads or packaging weights can be suppressed.

The amplifier is available for DIN-rail mounting ａnd in a robust aluminium field housing.
