线圈通电时，柱塞首先打开先导阀座（位于隔膜中间），然后直接打开隔膜（如果存在，则借助压力差）。

线圈断电时，弹簧首先关闭先导阀座，然后将隔膜压回到主阀座顶部。

Seat valve with diaphragm sealing

OPERATION

2/2-ways. Combined operation. Normally closed.

When the coil is energized the plunger opens the pilot seat (in the middle of the diaphragm) first ａnd then the diaphragm directly (if existing, with help of the pressure difference).

When the coil is de-energized the spring Closes the pilot seat first ａnd then presses the dia- phragm back on top of the main valve seat.
