It has a cast zinc body ａnd cover for durability ａnd dissipating heat. It has a base plate with end mounting holes. The base plate is made of steel for strength, with a zinc plating for resistance to corrosion. The operating sequence for this universal style switch is spring-return SPDT with a neutral position, clockwise (CW) ａnd counterclockwise (CCW) action, ａnd it has a horizontal approach. It has a tapped entry for a 1/2"-14 National Pipe Taper (NPT) cable gland. The switch has an operating temperature range from -12.2 to +85 degrees C ａnd meets the Ingress Protection (IP) 67 standard for protection against dust ａnd immersion.
