一种采用在线式高剪切乳化机制备痤疮药膏的制备方法：
水相配置： 水相配置：将EDTA,丙二醇及纯净水混合在一起搅拌后与油相一起进行均质制备乳膏
油相配置：称纯净水XXg,搅拌加入丙二醇XXg和泊洛沙姆XXg，搅拌5分钟至混合均匀后加入阿达帕林，过筛后的过氧甲苯酰药后搅拌10分钟后采用IKN均质机均质
高的转速和剪切速率对于获得超细悬浮液是至关重要的，根据一些行业的特殊要求，依肯公司又在ER2000系列的基础上开发了ERS2000系列超高速乳化机，其剪切速度可以达到14000rpm，转子的线速度可以达到44m/s。在该速度范围内，由剪切力所造成的湍流结合门研制的电机可以使粒径范围细化到纳米。剪切力更强，乳液的粒径分布更窄。
影响分散乳化结果的因素有以下几点：
1 分散乳化的形式（批次式和连续式）（连续式比批次好）
2 分散乳化的剪切速率 （越大，效果越好）
3 分散乳化的齿形结构（分为初齿，中齿，细齿，超细齿，越细齿效果越好）
4 物料在分散腔体的停留时间，均质时间（可以看作同等的电机，流量越小，效果越好）
5 循环次数（越多，效果越好，到设备的期限，就不能再好）
