安装注意事项
1.传感器安装面与安装底座应保持水平，不偏斜。
2.多称重传感器称量系统中相互安装面之间的水平差小于5mm，如果系统计量精度低的话（5/1000)，还可以放宽。
3.传感器安装面需保持平整、光洁，安装面上不能有胶膜、毛刺、尖点等。
4.安装面底座要牢固并保持定的厚度。
5.安装面的底座面积应大于称重传感器安装面积。
6.安装、更换传感器时，须选择合适的力矩扳手，调整至传感器所紧固的力矩要求。
7.需要安装垫圈的传感器，则需在螺栓上套上垫圈方可安装。
8.在紧固螺栓，需涂抹少许黄油，防止螺栓生锈及拆装方便。
9.严禁传感器电缆线在多称重传感器称量系统中，随意加长或剪短某部分传感器电缆。
10.在单称重传感器称量系统中，如安装条件允许，建议好不要加长或剪断传感器电缆。
11.缆线接入接线盒后，每只传感器的信号线应连接在相应接线柱的位置上，严禁2根或2根以上的电缆信号线同时接在个接线柱上。
12.传感器接线完成后，对接线盒部分接线孔不用时，用堵头堵死加以密封，以免受潮进灰
