English This is a hollow braided interventional catheter. It is advanced into target vessels over guidewire via vascular sheath. Contrast medium is delivered through inner lumen for vascular visualization under fluoroscopy. 5、使用方法 Method of Use

检查包装完整性、有效期，确认型号规格正确，包装破损禁止使用；
按介入标准技术完成血管穿刺，置入血管鞘；
在透视监视下，沿 0.035” 导丝将导管经鞘管送入血管；
操控导管扭矩，将头端定位至靶血管开口；
回抽确认无空气、无血栓后，按最大压力限值注射造影剂完成造影；
造影完成后，沿导丝撤出导管；
本品一次性使用，使用后按医疗废弃物处置；全部操作须由经过血管造影专业培训的医师执行。

Inspect package integrity and expiry date, confirm correct model. Do not use if package is damaged.
Perｆorm vascular puncture and place vascular sheath per standard interventional technique.
Advance catheter over 0.035” guidewire through sheath into vessel under fluoroscopy.
Manipulate catheter torque to position distal tip at target vessel ostium.
Aspirate to eliminate air and thrombus, inject contrast medium within maximum pressure rating for angiography.
After procedure, withdraw catheter over guidewire.
For single‑use only. Dispose as biomedical waste. Procedures shall be perｆormed by physicians professionally trained in angiography techniques.
6、适应症 Indications
中文 适用于血管造影手术，经血管通路进入血管系统，用于外周、内脏血管选择性血管造影，注射造影剂实现血管显影，也可作为通路辅助导入配套介入器械，完成放射介入诊断及部分介入治疗操作。
English Intended for angiographic procedures. It is introduced into vasculature via vascular access for selective angiography of peripheral and visceral vessels by injecting contrast medium for vascular visualization. It can also serve as access lumen to deliver compatible interventional devices for diagnostic angiography and selected interventional therapies.
7、禁忌症 Contraindications

对导管材质（尼龙、EVA 等）或造影剂存在严重过敏；
穿刺部位存在活动性感染、败血症；
严重凝血功能障碍未纠正；
靶血管存在完全闭塞、解剖形态无法允许导管安全抵达；
患者整体状况不能耐受血管内介入操作。

Severe allergy to catheter materials (Nylon, EVA etc.) or contrast media.
Active infection at access site or sepsis.
Uncorrected severe coagulopathy.
Target vessel total occlusion or anatomy preventing safe catheter delivery.
Patient condition intolerant to endovascular intervention.
8、注意事项 Precautions

一次性使用，严禁重复灭菌复用，复用会导致断裂、感染风险；
只能在 X 射线透视监视下进行全部操作；
注射造影剂不可超过产品标注最大压力 82 bar (1200psi)，防止导管损伤破裂；
推送、扭转导管时避免暴力，防止导管扭结、头端断裂、血管夹层；
使用前充分冲洗导管内腔，排尽空气，严防空气栓塞；
包装破损、超过有效期严禁使用；
不可用于冠状动脉及脑血管系统；
操作医师须具备血管造影介入操作培训与临床经验；
操作全程警惕血管损伤、栓塞、血栓、造影剂肾病等介入相关并发症；
禁止对产品进行改装、裁剪。
