打开无菌包装，目视检查产品，确认无破损、弯折、针头无毛刺；
将产品鞘管座鲁尔接口与无菌注射器锁紧连接；
将针头完全收回鞘管内，沿膀胱镜工作通道送入，在内镜视野下抵达目标注射位点；
操作鞘管座，推出针头，刺入目标黏膜下层；
在镜下监视，推动注射器，完成药物 / 充填剂注射；
注射完成，将针头完全退回鞘管内；
将整套注射针从膀胱镜工作通道撤出；
产品为一次性，使用后按医疗废弃物处置。

Open sterile pouch, visually inspect for kinks, damage or burrs on needle tip.
Securely attach a sterile syringe to the Luer‑lock hub.
Fully retract needle inside cannula, advance device through cystoscope working channel under vision until reaching target injection site.
Actuate hub to extend needle, puncture into submucosa.
Under direct endoscopic visualization, depress syringe plunger to inject medication or bulking agent.
Upon completion, fully retract needle back into cannula.
Remove entire device from cystoscope working channel.
Discard as bio‑hazard medical waste after single use。

7. 禁忌症 Contraindications

膀胱镜检查本身存在禁忌的患者，不可使用本器械；
目标部位存在活动性出血、严重急性炎症、穿孔、肿瘤破溃；
对产品材质有已知过敏；
不适用血管内注射。

8. 注意事项 Warnings & Precautions

仅一次性使用，严禁重复灭菌复用，复用会导致断裂、感染风险；
推送、回撤器械不可暴力，遇阻力不要强行推进，防止鞘管弯折、针头断裂；
针头未完全收回鞘管内，禁止进出内镜通道，会划伤内镜；
全程在内镜直视下操作，确认针头位置再注射，防止注入肌层或血管；
使用前检查灭菌包装，包装破损禁止使用；
执业医师在手术室 / 内镜室使用；
不可用于血管系统；
超过有效期禁止使用。
