1、工作原理 Working Principle

5、使用方法 Operation Method

核对包装完整性、有效期，确认型号无误，无菌环境下打开包装。
患者穿刺部位消毒铺巾，局部麻醉，在影像引导下使用 21G 穿刺针穿刺目标血管，见回血确认位于血管腔内。
经穿刺针送入配套 0.018 英寸导丝，确认导丝在血管内，撤出穿刺针，保留导丝。
将同轴鞘管组件沿导丝缓慢推送进入血管，确认鞘管到位。
撤出导丝与内扩张器，留置外鞘管，建立血管通路，开展后续介入操作。
手术结束后，撤出外鞘，对穿刺点充分压迫止血，观察有无出血、血肿。
本品一次性使用，使用完毕按医疗废弃物处置。
