5、使用方法 Operating Method

患者摆位，超声或 X 射线定位肾脏穿刺靶点，常规消毒铺巾，局部麻醉；
保持针芯完全装入套管内，确认装配到位；
在影像实时监视下，将套管针经皮肤穿刺，穿透软组织进入肾盂；
确认针尖位置到达目标位置后，固定套管，平稳撤出内部针芯；
通过套管内腔置入导丝，后续开展扩张、置入肾造瘘管等操作；
操作完成后，按医疗废物处理废弃套管针，严禁重复使用。
