1、工作原理 Working Principle
中文 产品由医用热塑性弹性体（SEBS）制成免充气囊，依靠材料本身的形态、软硬度与人体咽喉、喉周解剖结构相匹配；置入后免充气囊自然贴合覆盖喉入口，依靠解剖适配形成气道密封，无需充气即可封闭咽腔，隔离食道与气道，建立声门上人工通气通路；自带胃管通道，可引流胃内容物，降低误吸风险。
English The non‑inflatable cuff is made of medical‑grade thermoplastic elastomer (SEBS). It matches the anatomical contour and softness of patient’s pharyngeal and perilaryngeal tissues. After insertion, the cuff fits naturally over the laryngeal inlet to ｆorm an anatomical seal without air inflation. It separates esophagus from airway and establishes a supraglottic ventilation pathway. The built‑in gastric channel enables gastric content drainage and reduces aspiration risk。

5、使用方法 Operating Instructions

术前评估，依据患者体重选择合适规格喉罩；检查包装完整性、有效期，打开包装取出产品。
在免充气囊背侧涂抹水溶性无菌润滑剂，禁止将润滑剂涂在通气口内侧。
患者取嗅物位（头后仰、颈部适度屈曲），充分开放口咽部。
提起患者下颌，张开口腔；手持喉罩保护架，将喉罩尖端沿硬腭、软腭弧度向后、向下平顺推送，直至感受到明显组织阻挡阻力，停止推送。严禁暴力插入。
连接呼吸回路，监测呼气末 CO₂、胸廓起伏、双肺听诊确认位置正确，通气无明显漏气。
使用配套绑带固定喉罩。必要时经胃管通道置入胃管进行胃减压。
术中持续监测通气、生命体征。
患者保护性反射恢复后方可移除喉罩；移除前充分吸引口腔及胃管通道分泌物；取出后按医疗废弃物处置，严禁复用小荷健康。

Select proper size by patient weight. Check package integrity and expiry date, open sterile package.
Apply water‑soluble sterile lubricant only on the dorsal surface of non‑inflatable cuff; avoid lubricant inside ventilation opening.
Position patient in “sniffing position” with head extended and neck slightly flexed.
Lift mandible to open mouth. Hold the protective cradle, advance device along hard‑palate and soft‑palate curvature backward‑downward until firm tissue resistance is met. Do NOT force insertion.
Connect breathing circuit. Confirm correct position by capnography, chest movement and bilateral lung auscultation, check for excessive leak.
Secure device with supplied fixation strap. Insert nasogastric tube via gastric channel for decompression if required.
Continuously monitor ventilation and vital signs during use.
Remove only when patient protective reflexes have returned. Suction oropharyngeal and gastric‑channel secretions before removal. Dispose as medical waste, re‑use is strictly forbidden.

7、禁忌症 Contraindications

未禁食、存在高误吸风险患者（饱胃、胃食管反流、消化道出血、肠梗阻）；
咽喉部急性病变：咽喉水肿、脓肿、血肿、咽喉损伤；
口咽部解剖畸形、严重张口受限无法置入；
需要长时间机械通气（＞8 小时）；
气道梗阻位于喉入口以下；
肺顺应性差、高气道压力通气需求（严重慢阻肺、限制性肺病）；

8、注意事项 Precautions

本产品为一次性无菌，仅可单次使用；包装破损、超过有效期禁止使用。
仅由受过气道管理专项培训的医务人员操作使用。
只能使用水溶性润滑剂；油性润滑剂会损坏产品材质。
置入不可暴力，遇到阻力禁止强行推送，应重新调整体位或更换型号。
即使位置良好，仍不能完全杜绝反流误吸风险；高误吸风险患者优先选择气管插管。
全程监测呼气末二氧化碳、气道压、血氧饱和度；出现漏气增大、气道梗阻征象，应排查移位、会厌折叠。
不用于长时间手术通气；不替代气管插管。
移除前务必充分吸引口咽分泌物；待患者吞咽、咳嗽反射恢复再拔除。
一旦出现喉痉挛、气道痉挛，按临床气道急救流程处置。
使用后按感染性医疗废物规范处置。
