1、工作原理 Working Principle
中文：本品为球囊扩张介入导管，在输尿管镜直视下经内镜工作通道送达输尿管狭窄部位，通过压力泵向球囊腔注入无菌造影剂 / 生理盐水，使球囊可控充盈膨胀，对输尿管狭窄段施加径向机械张力，撑开狭窄管壁；完成扩张后抽吸出球囊内液体，球囊回缩后撤出导管，实现输尿管管腔扩张，建立手术操作通道。 English：This is an interventional balloon dilation catheter. Under direct ureteroscopic vision, it is delivered through the endoscope working channel to the ureteral stricture site. A pressure pump injects sterile contrast medium or saline into the balloon lumen to inflate the balloon in a controlled manner. Radial mechanical tension dilates the strictured ureteral wall. After dilation, liquid is aspirated to deflate the balloon, and the catheter is withdrawn to expand ureteral lumen and establish surgical access。

输尿管镜进入输尿管，直视下将导管沿内镜工作通道送入，确认球囊完全覆盖输尿管狭窄病变段；
将两通阀连接压力泵，抽取无菌生理盐水或造影剂，排尽管路内空气；
缓慢加压充盈球囊，直视 / 透视观察狭窄部位扩张，维持规定扩张时间；
操作完成后，负压抽吸将球囊完全回缩；
在镜下保持球囊完全瘪陷状态，将导管从工作通道撤出；
术后按医疗废弃物处置，严禁重复使用。

Advance ureteroscope into ureter, deliver catheter through endoscope working channel under direct vision, ensure balloon fully covers stricture segment.
Connect two‑way valve to pressure pump, draw sterile saline or contrast medium and purge all air from system.
Inflate balloon gradually, observe stricture dilation under endoscopy/fluoroscopy and hold for required duration.
After procedure, apply negative pressure to fully deflate balloon.
Withdraw catheter through working channel under endoscopy while balloon remains fully deflated.
Dispose as medical waste after use. Reuse is strictly forbidden.

8、注意事项 Precautions / Warnings

本品一次性使用，严禁重复使用、重复灭菌，重复使用会引发感染、器械断裂风险；
禁止使用空气、二氧化碳等气体充盈球囊，仅使用无菌液体（生理盐水 / 造影剂）充盈，防止气体栓塞风险；
严格遵循额定压力，禁止超压充盈，避免球囊破裂、输尿管撕裂穿孔；
操作必须由经过泌尿外科腔内手术培训的医师实施；
推送导管遇明显阻力时不可暴力推进，防止输尿管损伤；
球囊必须完全回缩瘪陷后方可撤出导管，避免球囊未完全收缩造成输尿管撕脱；
术中留意黏膜出血、穿孔等并发症，出现异常立即停止操作；
开封后尽快使用，开封后灭菌失效；
如包装破损、部件变形、球囊破损，禁止使用。
