1、工作原理 Working Principle
中文 在导丝导引下，先通过扩张管对输尿管管腔做预扩张，再将鞘体沿导丝置入输尿管内；鞘管留置后建立从尿道‑膀胱‑输尿管至肾盂的人工通路；借助鞘管腔道，内镜、激光光纤、取石器械可反复进出泌尿道；鞘外壁亲水涂层降低推送摩擦，鞘体编织复合结构维持管腔通畅，减少器械进出对输尿管黏膜的直接损伤，同时实现术中冲洗液引流，控制肾内压。
English Under the guidance of guidewire, the dilator pre‑dilates the ureteral lumen, then the sheath body is advanced over guidewire and indwelled inside ureter. It establishes an artificial working channel from urethra‑bladder‑ureter to renal pelvis. Endoscopes, laser fibers and stone retrieval instruments can pass through the sheath repeatedly. The outer hydrophilic coating reduces insertion friction. Braided composite sheath maintains patency, minimizes direct mucosal trauma caused by instrument exchanges, and allows irrigation fluid drainage to help control intrarenal pressure.

5、使用方法 Operation Method

术前确认包装完好，核对规格，打开无菌包装；
将导丝在 X 光透视下放置到位，导丝头端抵达肾盂；
将扩张管穿入导引鞘，组装成整体，沿导丝送入；透视监视下，将整套装置推送至目标输尿管段；
位置确认到位后，固定鞘接头，缓慢撤出扩张管，鞘管留置体内建立工作通道；
通过鞘腔置入输尿管软镜及配套器械开展手术；术中可经 Y 接头持续冲洗；
手术完成后，轻柔整体拔出导引鞘，按医疗废物处置；本产品严禁重复使用。

Place guidewire under fluoroscopy with tip positioned in renal pelvis.
Load dilator into sheath assembly, advance the whole set over guidewire under fluoroscopy until reaching target ureteral segment.
Fix the sheath adapter, pull out dilator gently; the indwelled sheath ｆorms working channel.
Insert flexible ureteroscope and operative devices through sheath lumen; continuous irrigation can be perｆormed via Y‑adapter.
Upon completion of surgery, withdraw sheath gently and discard as bio‑hazard waste. Do NOT reuse.

7、禁忌症 Contraindications

泌尿系统急性活动性感染、脓毒血症未控制患者；
严重出血倾向、未纠正凝血功能障碍；
输尿管严重狭窄、闭锁，解剖畸形无法通过导丝通过；
尿道、膀胱严重损伤无法置入器械；
对产品组成材料有明确过敏史患者。

全程必须在 X 光透视监视下操作，防止输尿管穿孔、撕裂；
推送遇阻力不可暴力推进，避免黏膜损伤、鞘管打折；
术中控制冲洗压力，警惕肾内高压导致感染、尿源性脓毒血症；
亲水涂层仅在湿润状态下发挥润滑效果，使用前用生理盐水润湿鞘外表面；
手术中警惕结石嵌顿于鞘管内，防止器械卡压损坏软镜；
术后评估输尿管黏膜损伤，按需留置输尿管支架管；
仅可由经过泌尿外科介入培训医师操作。
