1、工作原理 Working Principle

5、使用方法 Operating Method

术前核查包装完整性、有效期，确认型号规格；无菌操作。
逆行置入（输尿管镜）：导丝先行通过输尿管病变段；将支架穿入矫直套管，套于导丝外部；借助定位推送器，在透视引导下将支架沿导丝推送；确认近端猪尾盘曲于肾盂，远端猪尾盘曲于膀胱内。UFI 型号确认牵引线末端留存于膀胱内。撤出导丝、推送器、矫直套管。
顺行置入（经皮肾通路）：经皮肾通道，导丝通过输尿管，同样借助推送器透视下放到位。
术后影像学确认支架位置正确。
拔取：USI 系列：膀胱镜下抓取支架拔出；UFI 系列：可内镜下牵拉牵引线取出；牵引线断裂则改用膀胱镜取出。
产品一次性使用，废弃部件按医疗废弃物处置。

7、禁忌症 Contraindications

8、注意事项 Precautions

本品为一次性植入医疗器械，严禁重复使用，不可重复灭菌复用。
必须在 X 线透视监视下完成置入，确认两端猪尾分别盘曲在肾盂、膀胱，防止支架移位。
严格遵守留置时限，不可超期留置，超期会发生支架结垢、结石附着、断裂、嵌顿。
UFI 牵引线术中避免锐器切割损伤；术后告知患者不可牵拉尿道外口可见牵引线；牵引线断裂需膀胱镜取出。
留置期间嘱患者多饮水；避免剧烈负重运动；可能出现尿频、尿急、血尿、腰胀等支架相关刺激症状；出现发热、持续腰痛、严重血尿及时就诊。
包装破损、过期禁止使用。
术后影像学定期复查，必须按期返院取出支架，严禁遗忘体内。
‑R 型号套装不含导丝，临床需自备适配导丝。

Single‑use implantable device, do not reuse or re‑sterilize。
Deployment shall be perｆormed under fluoroscopy. Confirm both pigtails coiled inside renal pelvis and bladder to avoid migration。
Do not exceed maximum indwelling time. Over‑indwelling may cause encrustation, stone deposition, stent fracture or ｅmbedding。
Avoid cutting UFI retrieval tether with sharp instruments during operation. Instruct patient not to pull exposed tether. If tether breaks, remove stent via cystoscopy。
Encourage adequate fluid intake; avoid heavy strenuous exercise during indwelling. Irritative symptoms including frequency, urgency, hematuria and flank discomfort may occur. Seek medical help for fever, persistent flank pain or severe hematuria。
Do not use if package damaged or expired。
Regular imaging follow‑up is mandatory; scheduled stent removal must be perｆormed, do not retain stent in body。
Kits with suffix‑R do NOT contain guide‑wire; compatible guide‑wire shall be prepared separately。
