一、工作原理 Working Principle
中文本机产生高频交变电场，PVC 医用塑料导管进入电场后，高分子介质发生极化作用，分子剧烈摩擦内生热量；在适度压力下软管熔融粘合，实现密闭封口。区别于外部加热，属于介质内生发热，管壁内外同步受热，不灼烧导管、不产生杂质、不污染管内药液 / 血液。
EnglishThe equipment generates high-frequency alternating electric field. When PVC medical plastic tube enters the electric field, polymer medium polarizes and intense molecular friction produces internal heat. With appropriate pressure, the tube melts and bonds to ｆorm a hermetic seal. Different from external heating, it relies on internal dielectric heating. The tube wall is heated evenly inside and outside, avoiding tube scorching, impurities generation, and contamination of blood or liquid medicine inside the tube.

五、使用方法 Operation Instructions

将设备放置平整稳固台面，连接交流电源；
按下电源开关开机，设备进入待机模式；长时间闲置将自动休眠，按下唤醒键恢复待机；
调节功率旋钮，根据导管粗细设定合适热合功率；
将需要封口的 PVC 导管平直放入热合头卡槽内；
按压热合开关，设备自动完成高频热熔封口；
待封口位置冷却数秒，轻轻向两侧拉扯导管即可分离；
作业完成，关闭电源，等待热合头降温后清洁设备；
长期不使用，断开电源线，收纳存放。

Place the unit on flat stable surface and connect AC power cord;
Turn on power switch, unit enters standby mode. It will auto-sleep when idle, press wake-up button to resume standby;
Adjust power knob to set proper sealing power according to tube diameter;
Insert PVC tube to be sealed straight into the groove of sealing head;
Press sealing switch, the machine automatically completes high-frequency thermal sealing;
Wait several seconds for seal cooling, pull tube gently to separate;
After operation, cut off power. Clean the machine after sealing head cools down;
Disconnect power cable for long-term storage.
六、适应症 Indications
中文适用于医院输血科、血站、流动采血点、检验科，对血袋、输液袋配套 PVC 塑料导管进行密闭热合封口，用于血液、输注药液管路封闭切断操作。仅适配医用 PVC 软管。

七、禁忌症 Contraindications

不可用于非 PVC 材质软管（PE、硅胶等管材无法有效热合）；
禁止热合金属管路、硬质塑料管；
禁止在易燃易爆气体、麻醉挥发气体环境下使用；
不得用于直接接触人体创面、体内植入管路的即时热合操作；
禁止对空载、无导管状态长时间持续触发热合。

Forbidden to seal ｍmbedl pipes or rigid plastic tubes;
Do not operate in environment with flammable, explosive or volatile anesthetic gas;
Do not perｆorm sealing operation on pipelines directly connected to human wound or implanted in human body;
Prohibit continuous triggering sealing without placing tube.
八、注意事项 Precautions

开机后热合头工作区域温度升高，请勿徒手触碰，防止烫伤；
设备工作时请勿遮挡两侧散热通风口；
清洁设备必须断电，等待热合头充分冷却；可用中性消毒剂擦拭面板，禁止液体渗入机箱内部；
热合功率请勿盲目调至最大，功率过高易造成导管碳化渗漏；管径细小管材选用较低档位；
定期清理热合头表面残留塑胶，防止积碳影响封口效果；
设备避免剧烈震动、跌落，搬运优先手提顶部把手；
出现异常异响、焦味、频繁无法封口时，立即断电停止使用，联系厂商检修，禁止自行拆机；
请勿在潮湿积水台面使用，防止漏电风险。

The sealing head area gets hot after power on. Do not touch bare-handed to avoid scald injury;
Do not block the side ventilation openings during operation;
Cut off power and fully cool the sealing head before cleaning. Wipe panel with neutral disinfectant; prevent liquid infiltration into chassis;
Do not set power blindly to maximum. Excessive power will cause tube carbonization and leakage. Use low power for thin tubes;
Regularly clear residual plastic on sealing head surface, carbon deposit will degrade sealing quality;
Avoid violent vibration or dropping. Carry the machine by the top handle;
Immediately power off and stop operation if abnormal noise, burnt smell or frequent sealing failure occurs. Contact manufacturer for maintenance; do not disassemble the machine privately;
Do not operate on wet water-stagnant platｆorm to prevent electric leakage hazard.
