一、工作原理 Working Principle
中文本机采用射频（RF）高频感应热合原理。扣压热合手柄后，主机产生 40.69MHz 高频射频能量传导至电极；PVC 管路介质分子在高频电场作用下高速摩擦内生热，使管壁熔融，在电极夹持压力下融合为一体，形成密闭可断裂的密封焊缝，实现管路无泄漏密闭封管。设备内置传感模块，实时识别管路壁厚自动匹配射频输出时长。
EnglishThis device adopts Radio Frequency (RF) high-frequency induction sealing technology. After squeezing the sealing handpiece, the main unit generates 40.69 MHz high-frequency RF energy transmitted to electrodes. Molecules inside PVC tubing generate internal heat via high-speed friction under high-frequency electric field, melting tube walls. Under clamping pressure of electrodes, tube walls fuse together to ｆorm a leak-proof breakable seal for airtight tube closure. Built-in sensor automatically detects tube wall thickness and adapts RF output duration.

五、使用方法 Operation Procedure

使用前检查：确认电池电量充足；电极表面清洁无塑料残渣；线缆连接牢固；
将待封 PVC 管路平直放入热合钳两个电极中间；
持续握紧手柄，设备自动启动热合程序；指示灯闪烁代表正在热合；
听到完成提示音、指示灯常亮，代表热合工序结束，松开手柄；
目视检查焊缝：焊缝平整、无孔洞、无管路撕裂即为合格；
确认密封完好后，可沿密封焊缝折断管路；
多次使用后，若电极存在熔融残留物，断电冷却后使用酒精擦拭清洁电极；
长期不使用将设备收纳进便携箱，定期补电。

不可用于 PVC 以外材质管路（PE、PU、硅胶、硬质塑料管路无法正常熔融密封）；
禁止密封壁厚＞0.9 mm、外径＞5.4 mm 或＜3.0 mm 的管路；
管路内存在大量结晶、凝固血块、固体沉积物时禁止热合，易造成封管渗漏；
禁止在易燃易爆麻醉气体、挥发性有机溶剂环境下操作；
禁止对正在高压灭菌、高温状态下的管路进行热合；
不得用于人体组织、血管直接热合，医用塑料耗材管路；
电极破损、设备持续报警未消除故障时禁止继续使用。

八、注意事项 Precautions & Warnings

热合过程电极温度升高，操作时禁止徒手触碰电极金属区域，防止烫伤；
严禁在热合状态下强行拉扯管路，避免焊缝破损渗漏；
每次热合保证管路平直放置，管路扭曲会造成封合不严；
避免设备剧烈跌落、重压；移动运输优先使用原厂便携防护箱；
只能使用原厂配套充电器，禁止混用第三方电源；
锂电池请勿深度亏电长期存放，建议每 3 个月补充一次电量；
清洁前务必关机、断开连接，等待电极充分冷却；
若出现连续多次封管失败，暂停使用并联系费森尤斯卡比售后检修；
请勿自行拆解主机、手柄、电池单元，破坏结构将失去保修；
设备仅由经过培训的医护、实验室操作人员使用。
