一、工作原理 Working Principle
中文两款机型均采用40.68MHz 射频（RF）介质内生加热技术，非传导式加热。高频射频电场作用于 PVC/PE 热塑性管路，高分子介质分子高速摩擦产生内生热，使管壁均匀熔融；在电极夹持压力下融合一体，冷却后形成中间带刻痕、可徒手折断的密闭无菌焊缝。SE250：台式集成热合头，管路直接放入主机热合工位完成封管；SE700：射频能量通过线缆传输至手持钳式热合手柄，灵活移动完成管路密封。

五、使用方法 Operation Procedure
SE250（台式）

连接交流电源线，打开电源开关，设备就绪指示灯亮起；
确认防溅保护盖正确安装，电极表面无塑料残留物；
将平直待封管路水平放置于热合电极卡槽中间；
按下操作按钮，设备自动启动热合程序；
热合周期结束指示灯切换，取出管路；
目视检查焊缝完整、无孔洞、无渗漏即为合格；
确认密封可靠后，沿焊缝中部刻痕折断管路；
多次使用产生残渣时，断电冷却后拆卸护罩，酒精擦拭清洁电极。

七、禁忌症 Contraindications

禁止用于 PVC、PE 以外材质管路（硅胶、PU、硬质塑料无法有效熔融密封）；
禁止密封外径＜2mm 或＞6mm 的管路；
管路潮湿、管内存在血块、结晶、固体沉积物时禁止热合，极易产生渗漏焊缝；
严禁在易燃易爆麻醉气体、挥发性有机溶剂环境下操作；
不可直接用于人体血管、组织热合，医用塑料耗材管路；
SE700 床边采血场景：禁止在穿刺针 8cm 范围内进行热合，避免射频灼伤患者；
电极破损、设备持续故障报警未消除时禁止继续使用。

For SE700 bedside donation operation: never seal within 8 cm of venipuncture needle to avoid RF burn to patient;

热合过程电极温度升高，禁止徒手触碰金属电极，防止烫伤；
热合过程不可拉扯、扭转管路，管路扭曲将造成封合失效；
每次热合保证管路平直放置于电极中间；
SE700 仅使用原厂配套充电器，第三方电源会损坏锂电池；
SE700 锂电池禁止长期深度亏电存放，建议每 3 个月充电一次；
清洁设备前务必断电，等待电极充分冷却；
多次连续封管失败时，停机检查电极，故障无法排除联系代理商售后；
禁止私自拆解设备主机、电极组件；私自拆解丧失保修；
设备工作产生射频信号，远离心脏起搏器、射频敏感精密仪器；
